The journey began in 2019 when twin sisters, Charmaine & Scherilyn, opened their multifamily home in New Jersey to business travelers. Their initiative blossomed, and today, Bridgemont Park serves communities across the East coast. Outdoing even their own aspirations, the company now boasts chic apartments and single-family homes, and is gearing up to integrate storage facilities and apartment buildings into its portfolio. 

Throughout this journey, the twins have upheld a gold standard of service – a mix of professional warmth and personal touch. This ethos has made them a top pick for families and has fueled the growth of their multifamily business encompassing Realtors, Architects, Mortgage bankers, and Life Insurance brokers. $25K Minimum Class A Limited Partners receive a prefered return of 7%.   12-16% Cash-on-cash returns, 5-6% Monthly cash flow

$95K Minimum Class A Limited Partners receive a prefered return of 9%.   15-20% Cash-on-cash returns, 5-8% Monthly cash flow
